Arrival & Departure Days.
Arrival and departure days will be charged in full. Please arrive at the time that you state for dropping off and picking up your pets. Also think very carefully about the dates. We find many people drop off their pets the day they are going on holiday and realise they do not have the time to and wish to drop them in a day early, this can cause problem during the busy season. Also at the end of the holiday people wish to pick up their pets a day after their return, but sometimes there is a problem with delays and can be unduly held up and are unable to pick up their pets until the following day, this can also be a problem during the busy season.
Deposit.
A 10% deposit will be required to confirm your booking. This is non-refundable if your booking is cancelled at any time. Alternatively, you may pay in full at the time of booking.
Heath & Illness.
Your pet will not mix with the other boarders (to minimise the risk of any infection) except for its own family and will be checked over daily. Therefore, Apple Tree Holiday Hutches will not be held responsible for any illnesses such as Myxomatosis, Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD), fly strike, mites or any other common disease.
No responsibility will be taken for any consequences of incorrect gender information provided by the owner. You will be liable for any costs incurred due to pregnancies caused by incorrectly sexed animals.
In the unlikely event of your pet becoming ill during its stay with us, we will make every effort to contact the named owner to consult on any decisions which need to be taken regarding the health and well-being of the pets staying with us. A fully qualified vet will also be consulted as appropriate. If necessary, we will take decisions on the health and well-being of the pets staying with us based solely on what is best for the pet concerned, and the named owner will be liable for all costs incurred from such decisions.
Non-Collection.
If your pet is not collected within 10 days of the agreed collection date and you have not contacted us to inform us differently and we are unable to get in touch with you via the information you provided, we reserve the right to have your pet re-homed and legal action will be taken to reimburse boarding fees and any re-homing costs.
